After all, you need that boost to get going! However, drinking caffeine throughout the day will make it harder to fall asleep at night. This brings your risk of obesity down and your sleep time up.<\/li><li><strong>Plant-based oils:<\/strong> Another way to avoid fatty foods and sugars is to try cooking with plant-based oils like margarine, olive oil, and flaxseeds.<\/li><li><strong>Whole grains:<\/strong> These products keep you full like fruits and veggies and help you avoid extra sugar.
